Our first case study was done in collaboration with BRBLLS, which is a fitness garment brand specializing in crossfit apparel. Their promise is to bring customized tailoring, functional materials, fashionable design produced locally and from scratch.

Since they are strictly an online shop, and their entire sales catalogue is online, implementations based on our case study have yielded a significant increase in sales.

In this case study, we identified main purchase reasons and used it actively in marketing, increasing revenue by +13% in the next campaign. We have also implemented monitoring, tracking and benchmarking satisfaction. And additionally, we have implemented churn prevention by instantly following up with unsatisfied customers.
